Read the Label
Before you apply any pest control treatment, always make sure to read the label! Many Baygon® products have different usage instructions and precautions, so make sure you applying your treatment correctly and according to the label.
Give It Some Air!
After applying Baygon® spray products such as Baygon® Mosquito and Fly Killer, give the treated room or area some air! Exit the treated area and keep the room closed for 15 minutes. Then thoroughly ventilate before re-entry.
Fogging products require leaving for longer periods of time—up to four hours. Upon return, open doors and windows and allow room to air out for at least 30 minutes. Before using these products, read the label for specific treatment information.
Double check your window and door screens too to make sure they are intact so no more insects come in when you ventilate.
Hide, don’t seek!
If you’re using Baygon® baits, place them in areas where your kids or pets will not find or reach them.
4 Prime Hiding Places
- Under or behind sinks or appliances
- In hidden cracks or crevices
- Under or behind furniture
- In child-proof cabinets or pantries
Be Smart About Storing
When using pest control products, always be sure to store them away from pets and children, even if they are still in the package.
